Learn to Lose Fat in Record Time

If you’re going for a great, muscular, lean body, I’ve got a great routine for you that combines a variety of methods to get you in great shape.

To begin, I have a super complex that includes deadlifting, the one armed press, and then a kettlebell routine. They’ll do this in the weight loss forum.

Power set 1

Get yourself in front the bar for the dead lifts keep your feet about hip width.Get a good grip on the bar and keep your chest up and power into a standing posture. Lower yourself downward and pause for a second. Complete eight repetitions.

Hold the dumbbell at your shoulder’s level and with your palm facing your head. Power the bell up and then lower it 8 times on each side.

Super complex number two

This can be called a KB 555, meaning a total of 555 reps in this sequence. You’ll do KB swings for one hundered reps. Work at this one hard. This can be one of your six pack ab exercises.

Your thighs should propel the bell upward with it hooked on your hand. Follow the KB swings with a hundred prisoner squats and then fifty stable ball jack knifes.

You do the prison squatting with both hands to the back of the head, elbows to the rear and head up.

Squat straight down as you keep your head upright and then power up.You do the jackknife by getting each foot on the top of the spere and each hand touching the ground. The abs should be used to pull each knee toward the torso.

Continuing the 555, do 100 body weight squats. Hold each arm to the front and squat, then power up.After the squats, do one hundred five push-ups.To make this more feasible, you can break the 105 into smaller sub sets.

Complete the five-five-five by swinging the KB 100 more times. If you follow this routine faithfully, you’ll quickly encounter muscular leanness.
